Thom Bennett
Since graduating from Grant MacEwan College's esteemed jazz performance program in 2001, Thom has been involved with numerous projects over the past four years ranging from small jazz groups and jazz orchestras to sold-out theater productions and everything in between including studio work.  Thom has played with Ann Vriend and the Dropouts, Ben Sures, the Kit Kat Club, the Kubasonics, Sheena Misenas, the Dave Babcock Orchestra, Form, Nuf Sed, Jeff Hendrick, Lab Hands, Root Stew, Dino Dominelli Trio, Torben Holm-Pedersen Trio and  many, many others. He has toured throughout Canada. In Edmonton, he has played everywhere from Rexall Place to the Sidetrack Cafe Chances are, if you frequent the Edmonton live music scene, you’ve heard Thom play.

Thom teaches, plays regularly for dance classes in Edmonton and has composed music for film, dance pieces and animated work.
